Scroll Saw Insignia

Got a scroll saw for Christmas, and was eager to try it out. Unfortunately, I am not a man of ideas: I prefer to steal them from others, and capitalize upon them. So, this emblem was designed by a friend of mine, and the emblem's heading off to him. I made it for free so that I could get some practice in on the scroll saw. I learned a lot about the scroll saw; all of the experience you had on a band saw does carry over, but there are a few new twists: the turn radius of this is small, the speed of a cut is horribly slow, and, as I found out for the first two hours, if you don't properly tighten the blade, it will try to kill you.

However, I am extremely pleased with this saw. I'm just not going to use it on any large projects, like swords. However, for detailed parts, this'll do.

Should also mention: I didn't do any sanding or any finishing. This is all just from the scroll saw.
